Privacy Policy

AddShirt ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect at addshirts.com, why, who we share it with and what your rights are, including under Quebec's privacy law (Law 25).

What we collect

Order and contact details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you give it), and what you ordered.
Payment details: handled directly by our payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
Device and browsing information: IP address, browser type, pages visited and similar data collected through cookies (see below).

Why we use it

To process, print, ship and support your order.
To answer your questions and handle returns or problems.
To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
To understand how the store is used and improve it, if you accept analytics cookies.

We only collect what we need for these purposes and keep it only as long as needed for them or as required by law (for example, tax records).

Who we share it with

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the store, and only what they need:

Shopify, our e-commerce platform, which hosts the store and stores order data.
Payment processors (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal), to process payments.
Our print partner, to print and pack your order.
Shipping carriers, to deliver it.
Email and analytics tools, if you've opted in to marketing or accepted those cookies.

Some of these providers may store or process information outside Quebec and Canada (for example, in the United States), where different laws apply. We choose providers that protect personal information with appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

We use cookies that are needed for the store to work (like your cart and checkout). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only with your consent, and you can change your choices at any time through the cookie banner or your browser settings.

Your rights

You can ask to:

access the personal information we hold about you;
correct it if it's wrong or incomplete;
delete it, or stop us from using it, when it's no longer needed or was collected improperly (we may need to keep some records required by law);
withdraw your consent, for example to marketing emails;
receive certain information in a portable format.

To make a request, email us. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca).

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and our payment providers are PCI-DSS compliant. If a privacy incident creates a risk of serious harm, we'll notify you and the authorities as the law requires.
