Shipping policy

All AddShirt tees are made to order and printed in Canada.

Processing time

Your order is printed and packed within 2–5 business days, then handed to the carrier. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once it's on its way.

We currently ship to Canada and the United States.

Single-shirt orders pay shipping. Orders in the US are charged in US dollars; the shipping cost shown at checkout is the amount you pay. US prices are converted from Canadian dollars at checkout, so the exact amount can vary slightly.

*Transit times are estimates from when the order ships and aren't guaranteed. Weather, holidays and carrier delays can add time. Your exact shipping options and costs are always shown at checkout before you pay.

Duties and taxes (US orders)

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes or brokerage fees charged by the carrier or customs. These aren't included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer's responsibility.

Sizes

We print sizes S to 4XL. Larger sizes (2XL and up) cost a little more; the price is shown on each product page.

Address issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at support@addshirts.com, and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or late packages

If your package is late or tracking stops moving, email support@addshirts.com. We'll follow up with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost, we'll reprint and resend it for free. See our Refund Policy for your cancellation rights if an order isn't delivered.
