Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use addshirts.com or buy from AddShirt. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you live in Quebec or elsewhere, nothing here takes away rights you have under consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Who we are

AddShirt is a t-shirt brand based in Montreal, Quebec.
The store runs on Shopify.

Products

Our tees are printed to order on Comfort Colors 1717 garment-dyed heavyweight shirts (100% ring-spun cotton). Because they're garment-dyed and printed one by one, colour and print can vary slightly from shirt to shirt and from what you see on screen. That's part of the look, not a defect.

Prices and payment

Prices are CA$35 per tee in Canada and US$30 in the United States, shown in the currency of your market. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order through our secure payment providers. If a price is shown in clear error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

You'll get an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud). If we do, you'll get a full refund.

Designs and content

All designs, images and text on this site belong to AddShirt or are used with permission. Please don't copy or resell them without our written permission.

Liability

We're responsible for delivering the products you ordered as described and for the legal warranties that apply to them. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or other consumer laws that apply to you.

Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. This does not take away any protection given to you by the laws of the place where you live.
